About the role

C2C Social Action supports people at any stage of the criminal justice system with an aim of reducing reoffending.


We are recruiting an enthusiastic member of our team to lead in the delivery of the Community Sentence Treatment Requirements Project in partnership with NHS England, IAPT, ARC, The Probation Service and a number of other statutory and third sector agencies.

You will work closely with the Milton Keynes manager and colleagues to deliver high quality person centered support to adults (predominantly male) to assess suitability for treatment in the community and ongoing support with varying health care needs, including risky offending behavior, mental health difficulties, domestic abuse, substance misuse, debt and homelessness.

The post holder will need to work as an active team player, work with service users to identify areas of need, deliver 1-1 and group work sessions, work with agencies to provide the
relevant support, ensuring excellent record keeping and time management, whilst managing your own workload.
