About the role

​

Northampton Women’s Centre supports women at any stage of the criminal justice system with an aim of reducing reoffending. The role of Northampton Women’s Centre Manager and Women’s Services Contract Manager is to contribute towards the delivery of Women’s Services in Northampton. The centre facilitates person centred support addressing all aspects of life, to women at any stage of the criminal justice system, working in partnership with many agencies including, The National Probation Service, NHFT and a large number of other statutory and third sector agencies.

This role involves managing the centre staff team and the team of Wellbeing Coaches, along with the day to day running of the centre and the women’s services contract. 

​

The post holders will need to be able to demonstrate excellent management, people and administrative skills. You will have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to manage an ever changing landscape. Ideally you will have experience of working with people who have chaotic lifestyles, substance misuse, are at risk of or have offended.
