Manager (Kettering Women’s Centre and Shop)
25 hours per week, worked over 5 days Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays, (mostly within school hours)
C2C Social Action is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to manage our new Kettering Women’s Centre and Shop. The Women’s Centre provides a safe, supportive environment for women at any stage of the criminal justice system, working in partnership with probation, health services and a range of community organisations. Alongside this, you will oversee the opening and running of our first C2C shop, creating opportunities for fundraising, community engagement, and volunteering.

Housing Specialist Northampton Women’s Centre
16 hours per week (over 3/4 days) Fixed term contract to 30th January 2027
We’re looking for a Housing Specialist to provide an excellent and comprehensive support package to the women. The Housing Specialist will provide trauma-informed, practical and emotional housing-related support to women accessing Northampton Women’s Centre. The role focuses on preventing homelessness, supporting women to secure and sustain safe accommodation, and advocating on their behalf with housing providers and statutory agencies
