Allotment Support Worker

C2C Grows Allotment, Northampton
10 hours per week (Tuesday & Thursday) 

The role of the Women’s Allotment Support Worker is to work on C2C Social Action’s allotment project in Northampton and to provide support in the running of horticultural sessions with female service users. C2C Grows is a gardening project run by C2C Social Action in Northamptonshire. The project supports women experiencing social disadvantage, some of whom are referred to the project from Probation Services and some through social prescribing routes from GP surgeries.

Volunteer & Peer Mentoring Co-ordinator

Northampton & Kettering Women’s Centres
12 hours per week (over 3 days) 

We’re looking for a Volunteer & Peer Mentoring Co-ordinator to develop, deliver, and oversee a trauma-informed peer mentoring programme across C2C Social Action’s Women’s Centres in Northampton and Kettering. This role will coordinate the recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers including those with lived experience of the criminal justice system, trauma, mental health challenges, and/or addiction, empowering them to mentor other women in similar circumstances.

Women’s Early Interventions Specialist

Project Locations Across North Northants
16 hours per week (over 4 days) 

We are looking for a Women’s Early Intervention Specialist to deliver one-to-one support to women at the earliest stages of contact with the criminal justice system. This includes those in or recently released from police custody, and women on conditional cautions. You will play a vital role in reducing reoffending by addressing the underlying causes of offending behaviour and bridging the gap between police contact and sustained community support. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new, 12-month pilot project aimed at demonstrating the effectiveness of early, trauma-informed intervention within police settings, Kettering Women’s Centre and in hubs within the community. 

Operational Lead

Northampton & Milton Keynes
30 Hours Per Week

Funding & Monitoring Co-ordinator

Hybrid Role (Remote & Project Locations Across MK & Northants)
Part time - 15/20 Hours Per Week (Temporary Initially Until March 26, 2026)

 


We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Funding & Monitoring Co-ordinator to join our team working both remotely and also across project locations in MK and Northants.


The post holder will play a key role in sustaining and developing the organisation’s income through high-quality bid writing and grant applications. The postholder will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, producing compelling funding proposals, and ensuring timely and accurate monitoring and reporting to funders. This role is essential in demonstrating the impact of our work and supporting the delivery of our strategic goals.
