Working together for safer communities.

Creating safer communities is everyone's responsibility, and we are proud to be playing our part through partnership and collaboration.

Over recent months, we have been meeting with a range of agencies and organisations to explore how we can work together more effectively to improve community safety and support those who are most vulnerable.

At C2C Social Action, we see first-hand the impact that trauma, exploitation, abuse, homelessness, poverty, and social exclusion can have on individuals and communities. By working closely with partners across the statutory and voluntary sectors, we can identify risks earlier, coordinate support more effectively, and help people access the services they need to move forward positively.

Strong partnerships create stronger communities. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to continuing these important conversations that help make our communities safer, more supportive places for everyone.
